CHARACTERISTICS OF
LOW-TEMPERATURE AGED SOAP

Our soap is exclusively concerned
with the impact it has on your skin. Our soap has key
differentiators from the typical soap-making process.

Preservation of Natural Ingredients

Low-temperature aging preserves the natural characteristics of the raw materials, ensuring that the soap retains the nutrients and moisturizing properties of plant-based oils.

pH Regulation

The aging process reduces the soap's pH to a skin-friendly level, ensuring a gentle cleansing experience without irritation.

Glycerin Production

During aging, glycerin is naturally formed in the soap.
Glycerin plays a vital role in moisturizing and maintaining healthy skin, making it essential for a
hydrated and supple complexion.

Natural Principles

Low-temperature aging soap excludes artificial
additives like hardeners, preservatives, and surfactants.
This makes it more appealing to those seeking natural
alternatives and ensures that it is gentle on the skin.

Our Proud Non-Destructive Cold Process (ND-CP) Soaps

The hardness and durability of soaps are determined during the soap-making process. Hardness refers to the look and feel of the surface, while durability is a characteristic of a substance in which its tissue structure is linked so tightly together that it has a high resistance to dissolving in water.

For the most effective use of soap, durability is more important than hardness. Cold-processed (CP) handmade soaps are the best quality and become hard once they undergo a cure process. However, because the CP method requires a long time for the saponification process, the soap tissues become so unstable that the soap becomes less effective and more easily dissolvable in water.

Luckily, our new non-destructive CP manufacturing process shortens the reaction time during saponification to create strong bonds that result in a tough, thorough tissue structure. Additionally, this process preserves the valuable natural ingredients’ fragrance, color, and benefits. Our special method preserves most of the natural glycerin, producing soap with plentiful bubbles and cleansing power.

Three Promises

First, we use only edible vegetable oils as raw materials for our products.

Second, we pursue environmentally and eco-friendly designs for our products.

Third, we are constantly researching to find better, all-natural ingredients that are optimal for skin care.
